Corey Marshall is one of the founders of Anderson Vacations and is the President and CEO. He has been involved in the business since inception in 1994.Corey’s think outside the box mentality, and entrepreneurial vision works its way through the entire organization, throughout the staff and supplier partners who all drive to ensure Canada and the South Pacific are top of mind in the travel industry as destinations of choice.

Karen McCardle

Karen McCardle has worked in the international travel industry for over 15 years. Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, and formerly of Greyhound, Discover Holidays, Adventure World New Zealand, and House of Travel, she brings a wealth of experience in the product directing role. Her no worries attitude and passion towards Canada as a destination is seen in everything that she does.

Inspired by a family of travellers, Jon has been chasing adventure ever since he could peel the brown wrapping paper off of his National Geographic magazines as a kid. A proud Albertan, Jon was born and raised in Edmonton, graduating from the University of Alberta with a business degree in 2002. The never ending pursuit of new experiences led Jon to travel extensively around the globe. The ability to work in tourism has been Jon’s greatest pleasure thus far, as he is passionate about helping people escape from their day to day lives, allowing them to stimulate their minds with new environments and create what he affectionately calls 'Schmoments'. His role with Anderson Vacations is that of Western Canadian Business Development Manager, so please feel free to reach out and have a chat!

Leslie Drouillard

Leslie is a recent graduate from the 2010 Travel and Tourism program at SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of technology) and has discovered endless possibilities in the industry; she is now working with Anderson Vacations as the Executive Assistant, Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Leslie has always had her eye on travel especially for places that are off the beaten track. Since she has started with Anderson; her interest in the South Pacific is growing larger on a day by day basis and expects to be traveling there soon!

Heather Huska

Heather has been working for Anderson Vacations for 12 years, which has fired up her passion for travel and visiting new and exciting destinations, not only for herself but for our travelers as well. She was able to share a truly wonderful experience with her husband and 18 passengers on a trip to China a few years ago and she is looking forward to more opportunities to visit these exotic locations. She hopes to travel to New Zealand and Australia in the next year or two, but even our own country offers great destinations too!

Vasil Vladinski

Vasil graduated from the International Baccalaureate program in his high school in 2004. In 2007 he graduated with honors from the “Travel and Tourism” program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. With having traveled extensively through Europe and North America in his younger years, it wasn’t till 2008 when he discovered his real passion traveling through Canada and the South Pacific. That is exactly why Anderson Vacations was the natural FIT. In 2009 Vasil went to New Zealand and got to visit the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula, Experience the Maori Culture in Rotorua, Went 4 wheel driving in Queenstown, Rode the Shotover Jet boat, and took a cruise in the virgin water of Milford Sound. His Trip in New Zealand finished with a night on the town in Christchurch and visits to the Antarctic Museum and Hagley Park.

Heather Matthews

Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland in 2007, majoring in Marketing and Management. Following graduation she spent 2 years traveling extensively through the UK and Western Europe before returning home to New Zealand where she gained most of her industry experience working for The Tourism Exchange New Zealand in Sales and Marketing. In October 2010 Heather moved to Calgary to join the Anderson Vacations team as the Inbound Manager.

Rene was fortunate enough to discover the beauty of her own backyard, traveling through the Rockies and western Canada from a young age. It was when she travelled overseas that her passion for travelling blossomed. She has attended SAIT Polytechnic for the Travel and Tourism program and is excited to be part of the Anderson Vacations team to expand her knowledge.
