Hi Annabelle!
I'm terrific, thank you for asking - the sunshine
was out today, and absolutely gorgeous temperatures
:)
No worries!
I appreciate your note:)
We're meeting this weekend to go over flights
for taking their daughter to school, and the tour
possibility.
I've been doing some reading on the tour recommendations
you provided, and the problem is, now I want to
go too!! LOL!
I will let you know as soon as I do :)
Thank you again for the amazing customer service
- it's Tour and Travel Coordinators like you that
make my job so easy, fun, AND! I get to be a total
planning Rock Star for my clients! LOL!
Have a wonderfully busy, non-stressful day!
Mary Beth Buchanan – The Destination Experts
Hey Vasil!!
So, I never heard back from my YHZ pax, but I
did want to take a moment today and thank you
again for helping me out. I know that Anderson
Vacations are trying to be the "Canada Specialists"...
and once again you pulled through in a pinch for
a quote for me. You rock!! I wish it turned into
a booking for both of us... but at the very least
I can say that I did my job by getting the quote
to the clients, and you were instrumental in allowing
me to do it in a timely fashion, with a GOOD option,
not just a thrown-together package.
Keep up the good work!

“Sorry I have taken so long
to respond but I caught a bad cold on the way
home and I missed several days of work last week.
When I finally returned to work there were piles
of things on my desk. You know how that goes!
I don't have any pictures yet but when I do I
will forward them to you.
Our trip was FABULOUS !!!! Several of us drove
to Calgary the nite before and stayed at the Hilton
so we could get an early start in the morning.
My job as hostess started first thing in the AM
when one of my ladies went to fill in the US Immigration
form at the airport and discovered she had her
daughter's passport instead of her own. After
a tense hour of trying to rectify that I had her
rebooked on a later flight via Toronto ( she had
to overnite there) while one of her family members
made a hurried drive to Calgary with her passport.
I won't burden you with all the forest fires I
had to stamp out ( from one lady's broken denture,
lenses that fell out of glasses, falls, sprained
knees, etc ). My ability as a competent hostess
was challenged but we managed to make it through.
I must say that Moonie ( the concierge at the
Warwick) went above and beyond - everyone was
commenting on his helpfulness and always with
a smile but I think he was glad to see us go !!
He actually walked my lady with the broken denture
to the dentist's office, waited for her, and walked
her back. You don't get better service than that.
The hotel was great although not all of us got
outside rooms but I realize they did the best
they could. They seemed to be very busy. The transfers
were great - a little confusing when you first
get to the airport but it all worked out okay.
Whitey met us in the lobby of the hotel and was
most cordial and helpful and had all our tickets
ready. It went very smoothly. The "Jersey boys"
was incredible but next time I will let you know
what kind of seats we want so you build that pricing
into the package price. There were 4 rows of seats
right in front of us with absolutely no one in
them that would have been better seats. If you
need the money right away I will just include
it in the deposit. The hop on/hop off bus tickets
worked great. I think next time I will include
that 8 hr bus tour of New York for the first day
and then just a 2 day bus pass. Many of the ladies
that went on this tour want to go back again.
I will have you price out another package to New
York pretty soon. Carmine's was fantastic but
I think they thought they were feeding 25 truckers
instead of 25 ladies, there was sooooo much food
left over but it was soooo good. I will know better
for next time. We ended up taking the leftovers
and some of the ladies gave it to the homeless
as they walked back to the Warwick. All in all
it was a great trip and I definitely will be doing
it again a few more times. I have a small private
group of approximately 10 - 16 people who I would
like you to price but I need to find out the date.
The Warwick was definitely a hit with everyone
so I will definitely be using it as our hotel
of choice. What are the prices like if I wanted
to do another one in November of this year ? I
have a list already of approximately 15 - 20 more
people who were unable to get on this trip who
want to go. I am also going to have you price
out New Orleans for around the beginning of April,
2012. This would be made of mostly of the ladies
who were on this trip. I think for that trip we
will use either the Marriott or something similar
along Canal Street just across from the French
Quarter unless you know of a very nice property
in the FQ that would be appropriate. I have stayed
in a couple of places in the FQ and neither one
of them made my heart sing. This would be for
a week and I also would like to maybe make it
part of the package for a day or two to do some
volunteer work in some capacity. There must be
organizations that could use some help for a day
or two.
Anyway, thank you sooooo much for all your help.
You did an excellent job and I appreciate all
your time. Keep in touch and just give me a couple
of days more to feel better and we will start
on the next one. I found 25 pax to New York is
my max. Maybe to a different destination a few
more would be fine. Thanks again for all your
help.”
“Just to let you know we
had an excellent holiday and all arrangements
fell into place perfectly. The hotels, tours and
activities were first class and the weather was
pretty good too.It really was a spectacular
trip with all the wonderful sights. Many thank
for the package you put together for us
and we would have no hesitation in recommending
you to our friends who may wish to travel to Canada.”
Trevor Stunman, Northern Ireland
“I just heard back from Shirley
and Archie and they said everything was perfect
on their trip- I'm including their email below.
I want to thank you for doing such a wonderful
job for me on this and I'll be sending more business
your way!”

“Just to let you know, my
mom and I are having a great time. I highly
recommend Halifax as a vacation destination.
I will have to come back when there is more time.
The Lord Nelson is an excellent place to stay.
You can safely recommend it to other travellers
as the service is very good. It is close
to a lot of attractions in the city. Halifax
is best seen on foot. I would not attempt
to drive here as it is very hilly. Pedestrians
are everywhere. It is a very busy place.
That is part of its charm for me.
Well, I will close for now and get ready for a
Beethoven concert at Dalhousie tonight.”

“Congratulations and Many
Thanks for putting together and managing our 50th
Anniversary Tour in Montreal and Quebec
City!
It was truly a memorable and enjoyable experience!
Everyone was super nice and helpful.
The accommodations were superb.
The tours provided us with a variety of experiences
and helped us with orientation when we were out
on our own.
VIA was a pleasant and comfortable way to travel.
[Amtrak should take lessons!]
The vouchers worked perfectly and provided us
with all the information we needed.
The snow, when we were in Quebec City, was truly
the 'frosting on the cake'.
Best wishes and a wonderful 2008 to you and all
at Anderson Vacations who took such good care
of us.

Hi Tom,
I wanted to let you know that we had an amazing
time on our trip to Canada. The weather
was perfect! We only had rain one day in
Banff and that wasn’t all day either.
The hotels were nice. I especially liked
the Rosedale on Robson. Everything about
it was perfect!!
Our favorite cities were Vancouver and Jasper.
We enjoyed the ferry and I especially enjoyed
the seaplane. That was a first time experience
for me!
The tree trekking in Whistler was fun and yes
there is plenty of time to do the day tour &
the tree trekking.
The Rocky Mountains are just beautiful!!
Between the both of taking pictures we ended up
with approximately 2600. We saw a lot of
wild animals as we were going through the mountains.
The Columbia Icefields were really fun.
It was something to be able to walk around on
a glacier. My husband even has a picture
of me holding glacier ice!!
When all said and done, we had a great vacation
and would do Vancouver again. I will keep
Anderson Vacations in my favorites for our next
trip to Canada.
Thank you for putting together a fun filled vacation
for us!!

OUR CANADIAN ADVENTURE
The Sea Wall in Vancouver’s Stanley Park was our
hike on the first day
Cyclists, Roller Bladers and Skate Boarders zooming
round the other way
A sea otter and her two young pups ate lunch on
rocks in sea
Then swam ashore to greet us as close as they
could be
The Capalino Suspension Bridge thrilled as it
swayed and swung
And we felt like birds in treetops where the wooden
walkways hung.
Two days on Rocky Mountaineer, enjoyed each snow-capped
peak
On which intrepid climbers more thrills will ever
seek
Crested Jasper’s Whistler by the Tramway, then
hiked four hours on high
While the scorching sun kept blazing down from
out the clear blue sky
Then to Athabasca Glacier where we walked and
gazed in awe
And the guide gave information on everything we
saw.
Next stop was Chateau Lake Louise with such a
fantastic view
Overlooking blue/green water and so many things
to do
We set out along the lakeside, then up towards
the snow line crown
Paddled in the icy river and saw an avalanche
come down
The wondrous towering mountains were soon being
left behind
With their waterfalls and glacial lakes, Banff
our next place to find.
We climbed Tunnel Mountain in the morning then
along Bow River Trail
Which brought us through quiet woodland glades
while the rafters by did sail
The elk and calves grazed tranquilly and didn’t
seem to mind
The invasion of their territory by the two legged
mankind
Viewed the glacial Hoodoo figures, walked through
the bikers’ wood
Where the ravages of the Pine Beetle could be
clearly understood.
Wallowed in the Sulphur Hot Springs, cooled down
in welcome showers
And found it so relaxing we could have stayed
for hours
Toured Museum of the First Nations and learned
their native lore
Saw how they lived and traded back in the days
of yore
Our four days there just galloped, then on to
Calgary
From Toronto to Niagara where the whole world
seemed to be.
Maid of the Mist then brought us as close as she
could go
And the thundering wall of water gave a spectacular
show
Enshrouded in our plastic we laughed through mist
and spray
We were so entranced by what we saw we went out
a second day
Then we went behind the water - an experience
unsurpassed
Those sights imprinted on our mind will surely
always last.
In the virtual Niagara Fury we experienced the
Ice Age
Donned the macs again for going o’er the simulated
edge
Then to cap it all we soared aloft on a Helicopter
ride
And in the dangling Whirlpool Aero Car crossed
to the U.S. side
From Marriot’s twenty-second floor we saw the
towers of spray
The rainbows and the fireworks put on at close
of day.
We explored quiet Dufferin Island and then the
shore upstream
Then downstream by White Water where the force
was clearly seen
Our free transport passes were well used to get
us round the town
As our hotel was on the heights and attractions
all were down
We had one heavy cloudburst our last day at the
Fall
And two showers in Banff the only time we saw
rain overall.
The friendliness from all we met was quite a special
thing
Once an Austrian and the Irish lass” Molly Malone”
did sing
Then “Springtime in the Rockies” was warbled on
the heights
While her videoing Armenian friend recorded in
her sights
We saw creatures of the country, some common,
some quite rare
Bald Eagles, deer and pica, ground hog and great
black bear.
Then back to Toronto airport for our last midnight
flight
The lights below were multi-hued as we journeyed
through the night
Our magical trip was over but the memories will
not dim
And to share our joy with others we write this
Canadian hymn
We’ve now seen all we wanted to and we know we
wont be back
But we’ve left some happy footprints on our Canadian
track
Regards

"I want to compliment Anderson Vacations
on the "Circle Newfoundland & Labrador"
tour. I have traveled with numerous companies
and this is an exceptionally high quality product.
The tour guide and driver were exceptionally professional
and knowledgeable. We had a great time!
Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"
June , Edmonton
"I was
SO impressed with my tour guide to the Kimberly
Accordion Festival. She treated us like we were
family and took care of all of our needs.
My purse was stolen on the last day of the tour
and our guide took care of everything: she spoke
to the police and personally organized details
for its return in the event that it was found.
Amazingly, it turned up a few days later and was
mailed to my home in Edmonton... with some of
my money still inside! There is nothing
like competent and caring service, and Anderson
Vacations went above and beyond. Thank You!"
Shirley , Edmonton
“We’re glad we didn’t
make our first trip on our own. Kathy (escort)
provided so much information. It was great. We
were well looked after.”
George and Barbara, Edmonton
“This was our first bus tour,
it was a test. It passed with flying colors. We
hope to do more. Marilyn (escort) provided excellent
commentary, Coach driver was great and kept the
coach clean.”
George and Barbara, Edmonton
“Excellent value –
Excellent guide and driver. Lots of Information,
very informative. Various activities on the trip
helped to pass the time, and they were fun. It
shows that Anderson Vacations is a family business
with the added touches ad personal care. Well
done and Thank You! I look forward to other trips
with you”
Rita, Edmonton
“A very well planned tour
with the most enlightening historic sites. A most
knowledgeable and accommodating tour guide/director.
A super Holiday. Sincere thanks”
J , Edmonton
“Great guide and driver,
very personable, friendly, caring. Long driving
days went by very quickly, 3 day stay in one place
much appreciated. Sightseeing times were just
right which allowed for ‘free time’.”
Rose Desousa & Tillie, Egon, Edmonton
“The tour was very well organized. Our
tour guide was always cheerful pointing out the
most important things and not talking all the
time. The coach drivers were excellent.”
Don & Wilma
"I don't even know where to begin!
Yes it was awesome like I told everyone.
Roz and Selena were like two little kids,
"Is this the Rockies?" every time we
went somewhere new. When we finally reached
them their mouths just dropped. I really
think this made the trip even better. I
really don't know how Anderson Vacation did it,
but really got the best deal ever. We even
stop at a road side stand and bought fruit that
we even washed right there so we could eat them
on the way. This was my 5th time at the
Rockies and saw different things. Keep up
the good work. The weather was just great"

Hi Joseph,
Just wanted to thank you for arranging the coach
for our tour last weekend (July 16-17). The coach
was extremely comfortable and very clean, and
of course our seniors always appreciate a coach
that "kneels" especially when we have
several stops in both directions. But the best
thing you did for us was to find such a great
driver. Ray Golinsky was one of the best drivers
we have had on our tours. He is so personable
with the clients, talked to everyone, smiled,
never complained, and on top of that he was a
safe, reliable driver! I had many clients come
up to me after, asking that I send a 'commendation'
to you saying what a great driver he was. And
I certainly agreed, because a driver like Ray
can make such a difference to the whole tour.
When we need another long-haul coach, we will
certainly request that he be our driver - if he
is available.
Thanks again.
Brian Key, Tour Director
"We wanted to send a special
thank you for helping arrange a bus for our group
over the May long weekend! Not only are you guys
a fantastic organization with great drivers, beautiful
busses and great service but how you helped all
the pieces to fall into place was exceptional. We
have included your companies name in our monthly
newsletter and we will not fail to recommend Anderson
Vacations to all the groups we work with. Thank
you again Jim and please thank our driver as well."
Sarah, Youth Family Ministry, Holy Spirit 2007 Synod

“My name is Donna Odegaard,
I’m a staff member of Align Orthodontics
which is located in both Edmonton & Sherwood
Park area. Every 2nd year we at Align attend a
Fall Retreat which requires us to charter a bus.
We have charted the bus through Anderson Logistics
for our last two retreats and have been extremely
satisfied with the service and the buses
provided for us.”
Thank you!
D.Odegaard
“In regards to coach #260 supplied by Anderson
Logistics for management personnel to travel to
and from Fort McMurray to site, I would like to
express Berry Y and V’s appreciation of
the newest coach working the CNRL site.
The continued dependability, courtesy and safe
driving of our driver, and attention to detail
is appreciated.”
Charles Good, Manager.
“Hi Corey. The tour was a total success. The group was thrilled with all aspects of the tour, with Allan being a huge highlight as their guide. Please pass on the very positive compliments to him. The food, venues, itinerary, etc were all viewed with nothing but satisfaction. Thanks for all your help and we hope to do business again with you.
Oz and NZ are potentially on our radar so I will stay in touch

“Brain Noble our driver,
guide, director went over the above to make our
trip excellent there is no one better in their
job he rated #1.”
Frances Kalinowski
“Your TOUR was classified
by us as excellent due to your DRIVE/GUIDE Gunther
Winters. He bent over backwards to accommodate
everyone under all circumstances! His skill level
plus knowledge we hope is compensated to the fullest
by you.”
Ingrid Snyder & Bob Watts
“WOW! What a Tour. Could
not be faulted and much appreciated from point
of pickup to point of drop off. All above comments
is truly meant.”
Gedric & Shirley Logan
“The tour was fantastic.
Our bus driver and guide was the best. Brain Noble
went out of his way to make sure every passenger
was comfortable and happy.”
Pat & Allain Walker
“Good Morning Cory, I just
spoke to the leader of my group and they had a
wonderful time. You were certainly right, every
detail was looked after. They couldn’t say enough
about the guide and driver. As it turned out other
Rotarians were on the bus, they also picked up
people along the way. One fortunate thing was
the weather, they only had one rainy day and that
was the day they went to New Brunswick.
Thanks for all your hard work I will certainly
use your company for my booking in the future.”
Karen
“I am now back in the old
country and I wanted to tell you that the trip
around the Rockies was just great and enjoyed
by all of us. You did a really good job
of organizing our tour and we wanted to let you
know that all went well. The highlight of
our tour was have lunch at the Fairmont Chateau
Lake Louise. It was breathtaking.
Once again thanks for the hard work.”
Frances Pike, Friendship Force Oxfordshire
“As an Australian niche tour
operator offering genuinely fulfilling group touring
experiences it is essential we select reliable
and personable companies to work closely with.
I find Anderson’s Vacations to be exactly
that. Their speed of service, advice and suggestions
are excellent and being able to have peace of
mind when our groups are so far away is very comforting.”
Euan Landsborough, Managing Director – Albatross
Travel Group (Australia)
"Thanks so much for all your work Corey.
We are so glad to be working with you and Seth
and the entire Anderson SimpleRES team.”
Wendy Grosfield, AAMDC (Alberta Association of

“I just want to let you know
that Courtney and the SimpleRES system have been
invaluable these past few weeks. She should be
commended for her diligence and efforts on your
behalf particularly with the initial influx of
reservations that we had from both exhibitors
and attendees. I have really appreciated all you
guys have done.”
